Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any feature of the Service — including during a free trial period — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and oddli. Your continued use of the Service following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
• Be located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting information and analytics services is lawful
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from receiving the Service under any applicable law

By using the Service, you represent and warrant all of the above conditions are met. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to users from specific regions at our sole discretion.

Nature of the Service

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical hit rates and ROI figures provide no assurance of future outcomes
• Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Even high-confidence picks will lose
• You accept full and sole responsibility for any bets you place and any financial losses that result
• You acknowledge that sports betting involves financial risk, including the risk of losing your entire stake
• oddli accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform

Third-Party Data

Picks and insights are generated using data sourced from third-party sports data providers and odds aggregators. We do not own or control these data sources.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of third-party data
• Data feeds may be subject to delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions outside our control
• Odds and statistics on the Platform may differ from those available at bookmakers at the time you place a bet
• We accept no liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies originating from third-party data sources

Oddwink Model Disclaimer

Oddwink is our proprietary sports betting model that analyses sports data to generate picks and predictions. You understand and accept that:

• Oddwink is not infallible and will produce incorrect outputs
• All Oddwink outputs are probabilistic in nature — they represent estimated probabilities, not certainties
• Oddwink may produce results that are outdated, biased, misleading, or incorrect
• A high confidence score does not guarantee a pick will win
• We reserve the right to modify, retrain, replace, or discontinue Oddwink at any time without notice
• Past Oddwink performance is not predictive of future performance

Subscription & Payments

Free Trial. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method must be provided to activate the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Auto-Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

Pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period.

Early Bird Pricing. Members who joined at the early bird price retain that price for the lifetime of their active subscription. Early bird pricing is non-transferable and forfeited upon cancellation.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged, as digital content is delivered immediately and consumed on an ongoing basis. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense picks, predictions, or any content from the Platform
• Scrape or use automated tools to access or extract data without our express written consent
• Share your account credentials or allow any other person to access the Service through your account
• Use the Service if you are underage or in a prohibited jurisdiction
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, including gambling laws
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform or its underlying algorithms
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or subscription requirements

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, picks, predictions, and model outputs are the exclusive intellectual property of oddli or its licensors.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses or betting losses arising from use of the Service
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from errors or omissions in third-party data
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Service
• Losses arising from incorrect, outdated, or misleading AI model outputs

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions — in such cases our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Responsible Gambling

We take responsible gambling seriously. Our Service is for adults who can engage with sports betting data in a responsible and informed manner.

We encourage all users to set a fixed bankroll, use deposit limits, never chase losses, and treat betting as entertainment — not income.

Governing Law & Disputes

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us at the email in Section 13. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against oddli.

Time Limitation. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising, or it will be permanently barred.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email or in-app notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
